The Sixpence shop operates by appointment only. If your order requires you to provide an item for customization, please schedule a drop-off appointment using the booking calendar below.

Your appointment provides time to drop off your item(s), confirm the services requested, and discuss any necessary order details. Please have your customization request and any applicable artwork, logos, inspiration images, or other information available before or at the time of your appointment.

Before your appointment, please keep the following in mind:

• Walk-ins are not accepted. An appointment is required for in-person drop-offs.
• Please bring all customer-provided items associated with your order unless otherwise discussed.
• Acceptance of a customer-provided item does not guarantee that every requested customization can be completed. Sixpence Handmade reserves the right to decline an item or requested service when necessary.
• Customer-provided items are subject to the applicable provisions of our Terms of Service and other Sixpence Handmade policies.

By scheduling an appointment and/or leaving an item with Sixpence Handmade, you acknowledge and agree to all applicable Sixpence Handmade policies and Terms of Service.
