By scheduling a drop-off appointment with Sixpence Handmade, you, the Client, agree that Sixpence Handmade (the Seller) shall not be liable for replacing or repairing any items supplied by the Client that are damaged during the embroidery or printing process. While every effort is made to handle items with care, the Client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks involved in these processes. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any items it deems unsuitable for embroidery or printing, including but not limited to items with materials, fabrics, or finishes that may not hold up to the customization process. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure that their items are free from defects, flaws, or damages prior to delivery to the Seller. Sixpence Handmade will not inspect items for quality or integrity before customization. Additionally, the Seller is not responsible for any damage, loss, or unforeseen circumstances affecting Client-supplied items while in the shop’s possession, including during storage, handling, or transport. By scheduling and delivering items for customization, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms and releases Sixpence Handmade from any liability related to the customization process or the care of Client-supplied items.
