| RETURNS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS |

At Sixpence Handmade, every item is custom-made just for you, so we are unable to accept returns. Thank you for understanding!

If we make an error with your order, please contact us right away. We’ll work quickly to make it right, either by expediting a replacement or issuing a refund. Please note, refunds and replacements are only available if the mistake was on our end and must be requested within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible to ensure production hasn’t started. Cancellation requests made more than 24 hours after processing cannot be accommodated.

Sixpence Handmade reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason. If we’re unable to meet your desired lead time, or if an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you via email to discuss options. If we don’t receive a response within 48 hours, we’ll proceed with canceling the order.

| CURRENT LEAD TIME |

Our current standard lead time is 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Need your order sooner? Rush production options are available on the product listing, and expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout.

Important Notes on Lead Time:

  • Lead time refers to production time and does not include shipping time.
  • For example, if you select a 3-day rush, your order will be completed by the end of the third business day and shipped on the fourth business day via your selected shipping method.

If we are unable to meet the stated lead time for any reason, we will contact you via email and cancel the order if necessary.

| SHIPPING & DELIVERY |

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation. Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS.

For updates on your shipment’s location, expected delivery date, or concerns about a lost or stolen package, please refer to usps.com. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
